Artwork description:

The building is on Bristol Harbourside, at the entrance to one of the quays. It’s a perfect cube, with square windows placed at the corners. I tried to find out what it was used for, so rang the harbourmasters office, but no one there had any idea.

One of an ongoing series of seascapes and sky images that have clouds as their main focus. Clouds are ethereal forms; in my prints they represent the world that lies beyond my own concerns.

This is a seven colour screenprint on Fabriano Rosaspina paper.

Materials used:

285gsm print paper, screenprint ink.
