Original artwork description:

I made my first cat collage early this week and I really enjoyed it so I just had to make another one. These two cats are just chilling out in a tree, as they do.
The collage is made on a rich natural linen background. I have embroidered the tree trunk and branches onto the linen background. The leaves are a soft green and yellow cotton which I have embroidered over to create the leaf effect. I then added the fruits which are a bright red cotton fabric. The cats are made from a fabric which has a kind of fur effect to it so it actually looks like their fur! Then there are some little embroidered buzzing insects too. The collage title and my signature are embroidered onto the front of the collage.
The collage is sold unframed. I have taken a photo of it in a frame to show how lovely it looks when framed.
