Artist's description:

In childhood we love so much to climb a tree and stay up there and look around to see what is far away. And we stop climbing trees when we grow up. As if we all know, there’s nothing special and exciting there, nor far away, actually nowhere. We lose that sense of the miracle. A serious middle-class person from a city usually never climbs a tree after age 17. Centuries ago people believed that some trees are magical, people spent much more time up in trees. In this series I would like to appeal to the medieval times and reconstruct again the presence people on trees, how can it be nowadays?

This is one of my favorite work. It was made in Russia.
