The first association Hajducka fountain in the woods Kosutnjak in Belgrade is entertainment , barbecue and fresh air.
About “Hajducka (rebels) fountain” there are very few surviving records , and it is not known exactly when raised, but it is assumed that it was in the late 18th century. The oldest record in which mention is testament Serbian educator Dositej Obradovic ( 1742 - 1811 ) , in which he stated that the desire to be buried next to “Hajducka fountain”.
During one part of the rule of Obrenovic Kosutnjak as a royal hunting ground was closed for an "ordinary " world . Since it is open to all first gathered there on first may in 1904 . The people soon began to circulate , and the voice that flows from the tap mineral water . According to data from 1937, brought the iron plumbing pipes to the tap , and out of it has since flowed water from waterworks
