Green Shift is a geometric abstraction that explores the balance between structure and movement. Part of the "Form and Purity" series, this painting investigates the interaction of sharp, controlled forms and dynamic spatial shifts.
The composition is built on clean, precise geometry, where black and green elements create a rhythmic contrast against the white space. The forms seem to shift and break apart, generating a subtle internal movement while maintaining structural clarity.
This work embodies the core principles of hard-edge minimalism, yet it does not remain static. Instead, it contains a hidden tension, where each element plays a role in the larger visual dialogue of balance, fragmentation, and transformation.
The painting is made with acrylic on canvas. The artwork size is 99×99 cm, with a depth of 2 cm, and the edges are painted to match the composition.
