Original artwork description:

Being a huge fan of Thunderbirds, Stingray etc as a kid, I decided to create a set of tributes to the wonderful characters I grew up with, pretending not to notice the strings!
My mission is to give adults who have a love of sci-fi and cartoons an excuse to have their favourite childhood characters hung on their walls without being branded as childish or nerds, because these aren't just pictures of old kids TV characters, they're art!
To reinforce this I chose to paint this homage to Thunderbirds characters in my 'defying gravity drip' style, on white canvas, I hope you like it!
