Artist's description:

This is a real hit from my past. The winter of 1990-91 I traveled India and Nepal with my paints and paper and I did plenty of interesting paintings out on location. The paper has yellowed somewhat over time, evenly, without stains or spots, and the picture is as true to the painting as I could make it…
I visited these ruins in Southern India. At that time this was an amazing location to visit and stay some time to absorb the mood of the place, the huge stone ruins covering vast distances. This is one result of that adventure.
The close up picture is of higher resolution to be able to get a feel for the brush strokes of the painting.
Please note that you can purchase in one order up to 6 paintings of this same size (small painting category) or smaller to be included in the same 1 shipping fee.
