This was one of those "seize the moment" type shots. I was driving along the beach road on a nice sunny afternoon and spotted those Adirondack chairs lined up. That's when it pays to have a camera with you. I had one of my 1950s Polaroid SX-70 cameras in my bag, so I jumped out of my van, sat on the beach behind the chairs, and took the photo that became Chairs on Golden Beach. I got this shot of the Golden Beach Arches just seconds before the security guards came to chase me off this exclusive private beach. It was my lucky day!
