Landscape acrylic painting featuring the Monte Tropical Garden in Funchal Madeira. On this painting I have painted a girl standing on an old small bridge and looking on goldfishes. Monte Tropical garden has its origins back to the 18th century, there is about 100 000 different species of plants. This Tropical garden has a part dedicated to Japan with pavilions, bridges and sculptures. In this painting I was strongly inspired by beautiful nature of Madeira island, old impressionist painting and Japanese woodblock prints.

Materials: Sennelier acrylic paints and inks, archival heavy weight fine art paper.
