Original artwork description:

This is an original artwork, painted with acrylic paints. The sides of the canvas are painted and it's ready to hang. I always use 1.5" thick gallery wrapped cotton canvas for its durability and its 3D effect. The canvas is stretched over high quality pine wood frames and stapled on the back providing a clean finish on the sides. Since the sides are painted, the painting can be left unframed for the contemporary look.

This painting is called Ghostwriter. It was inspired by the importance of objects such as a typewriter, movie projector, camera, and gramophone that were once great technological inventions and irreplaceable in our lives, but have become mostly forgotten. Nevertheless many of us attach strong sentimental value to them.
