This painting was inspired by the beauty of recent frosts in my garden. I have an old stone wall in the garden and the frosted stems of fennel and the rosehips looked beautiful in front of it with all the textures of the stone behind them.
This painting is done in watercolour on a canvas board with wax resist, so I have classed it as mixed media even though it is mainly watercolour.
It is sold triple mounted in a white box frame. It can be sold un-framed, if preferred for £20 less. Please email me for this option.
