Artist's description:

This is the view from my front porch of all the lovely autumn colors. It is done in a pointillist style with oil markers. Oil paint markers are fantastic for pointillism! This is a work on canvas panel.

The original title was "The underlying logic" because this began with very bold and graphic flat areas in a graffiti art style before I began to apply the pointillist dots. I intended to let that show through but it didn't turn out that way, did it? The only thing that remains is a ghostly image on that white roof. Art is a constant series of corrections. (not my words - someone at my college said that, but it stays with me always)

Materials used:

Oil markers
