Artist's description:

This small abstract painting was started with acrylic ink trickled onto the stretched paper support underneath creased clingfilm wrap. When the first layer was dry the clingfilm was removed a darker second layer was introduced underneath a second piece of film. I never have an end result in mind and have to be prepared for the unexpected. This time the first stages produced a very pleasing result and it was only necessary to add final minor adjustments, and reminded me of distant hills. The painting is supplied in an off white mount.

Materials used:

Acrylic ink and acrylic paint
