Artist's description:

I do love working in watercolors. This piece was started in late February, 2015, when I felt like doing something fun. It was inspired by Ana Maria Edulescu's piece, Abstract Garden of Happiness. A while back, I told her how much I admired her painting, and I asked her if I could use her idea for inspiration for a piece of my own. She graciously said yes.

I sprinkled a little salt on this work here and there while the paint would still accept it. When the painting was dry, I added some really fun copper and also gold metallic acrylics. I really meant for it to be an abstract of just flowers when I started on it, but then my muse took over. I could see lollipops and those beautiful little hard candies as well. I hope this piece brings you much joy.

The original is for sale, unframed, so that you may frame it to match your decor and style.
