Aside from my 'usual habitats' of landscape, architecture and reportage photography, I have always been fascinated by flowers and plants. I don't know why; I have no knowledge of botany, the extent of my gardening knowledge is how the lawnmower works and my wife insists I have 'black fingers'! And yet, the way plants and flowers form their shapes and colours fascinates me. I love the intricacy, the detail and the complex architecture nature has bestowed on this area of our natural world.

Limited Edition prints are printed on Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl 285gsm paper, a premium quality, acid- and lignin-free paper. FineArt Pearl paper has a similar foundation to that used in the past in traditional silver fibre prints. Its premium formulation allows for high image definition, deep blacks and outstanding reproduction of colour and detail.

Prints are on A2 paper size, each in an edition of 20, plus 1 Artist’s Proof. The image is printed full frame onto the standard sized A2 sheet. The actual print will have a border around the sides and top to allow for framing.
