Artwork description:

This is an original encaustic painting on a cradled birch panel. There are many flowing layers in this translucent, watery abstract landscape including shimmering iridescent blues. Dry earth pigments were also used to create linear elements in this piece and the wax surface has been buffed to a high gloss. Inspired by global warming.

"Fire Water" by Joni Gruber, contemporary American artist.

16" x 16" x 1.5"

Signed and dated on the back and wired for hanging. This painting has clean birch sides and does not need to be framed which is customary for encaustic work.

This unique painting will be insured for full value and professionally packed and shipped within 2 business days from the date payment is received unless otherwise notified.

I would be happy to ship this as a gift and include a personal note.

PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
