Artist's description:

This piece, as the title suggests, is a study of the tiger's facial expression and hence his mood. While I don't know exactly what the tiger is feeling here it is easy to assume that the expression is one of irritability of some kind, but not the full-blown attack/self-defence mode. This watercolour is therefore an exploration of body language which I think is probably as important as the vocalized language, and painting lends itself beautifully to its exploration and study.

This watercolour was executed on high-quality Daler-Rowney, acid-free, cold-pressed 300 gsm watercolour paper, using Winsor & Newton professional water colours.

The artwork would be safely shipped to you from London in a heavy-duty, wide-width postal tube.
