What you experience in your day to day reality, every circumstance, every interaction that you witness and participate in ultimately lead you to the validation of that experience though the way that you feel about it. Did you have fun? Was it boring? Did you feel comfortable or anxious? These are the things that we say about a particular moment that we experience. We build a narrative about the experience in order to make sense of the situation. Whether this is done through thought or emotion, it matters not, we evaluate each passing moment through the feelings that we receive.
Emotion driving the way we think and the object that appear in our focus. Why, may i ask, that you do not do the same and cut out the middle man. Chase the emotions themselves, the actual treasure of living life. The most accurate compass in life, indicating all that is good or bad for us. A compass that provides us the guidance necessary to what will lead us to the best person that we can be. A compass that guides you through the toughest of moments in life and a tool that allows you to experience your most seeked out pleasures!
If we allow ourselves to listen to the little voice inside, we know what feel good and desirable, and what feel bad or undesirable. The desirable thoughts will lead us to desirable pathways leading to desirable outcomes. Listen to that voice that indicates to you all that feels good to you and follow that. You have the freedom to be exactly who you want to be as long as you respect the same rights of others. There is no competition occurring in the midst of us. We all deserve the same things in life. The same amount of love and happiness, desire and tenderness as we could ask for. And by accepting the fact that we are worthy of every little one of our desires, we can seek to fulfill these desires that will lead to our ultimate happiness. We get too caught up paying attention to how others live their lives, what they think is OK and isn't, what they want their reality to be and conforming to their standards. Leading to judgment of others. By desiring the best for yourself, you automatically desire the best to the rest of the people. Here you realize you are one with each other, all going through life, trying to figure out exactly who we are, ultimately, trying to find our way home to becoming the best you that you could possibly be. We go back a forth, repeating the same mistakes, walking into the same traps, perpetuating the cycle of misery. We cant seem to move forward and things don't seem to get much brighter. But by reaching, within yourself, to a feeling that feel even slightly better. Always strive for improvement and you will eventually find your way to happiness. It all starts with one step that you consciously decide to take, each and every day, one small step at a time.
Allow your emotions, that are created with your perspective, with your mind, your thoughts, to build the day to day experience of life.
