Artwork description:

This image is created from original photographs taken in Southwold on the Suffolk Coast. It has been created by layering and juxtaposing up to 20 different photographs to create an entirely new scene, which aims to captures a sense of the beautiful light along this coastline.

The paint textures that combine to create this image are taken from the weathered beach huts that line the seafront at Southwold. The rusting nail, on one of the surfaces emanated a lovely golden hue which reminded me of the sun set and I built the other other surfaces around this to create a seascape with a sense of tranquility

This print is 61cm x 62cm (19.7 inches square) Edition of 10
