Framed size: 52, 5 x 42.5 x 3.5 cm (20.66" x 16.73" x 1.37")

Impasto (alla prima or wet-on-wet) technique was used for this painting to create thickly texture that are rich in colour and depth. A thin layer of varnish protects the artwork against UV light and dust.

The Clifton Suspension Bridge is the symbol of the city of Bristol. The bridge is built to a design by William Henry Barlow and John Hawkshaw, based on an earlier design by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It first opened to the public on 8th December 1864.

The painting is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
