I had a go at aquatint (a form of etching) 18 months ago. I loved the scratchy effect that could be achieved by scratching into the metal. Life has got in the way of me getting back to the print studio. I was therefore delighted to be able to capture the effect of a diffused line using a hard conte pastel on a 90g/m2 off-white paper.
This drawing captures the model sitting scrunched a little. head down. fragile.
Mounting/Mat Suggestion: An image is included of how the piece could look if put behind mountboard(s) [in the US known as mats] before framing by you.
NB the colour of the picture may be slightly different on your monitor/phone depending on settings. 1820
