Artist's description:

Light floods into a decaying corridor in a long abandoned insane asylum in Italy.

Earlier this year I toured around many of Italy's abandoned buildings, photographing the stunning Italian styling and architecture. This particular asylum was one of my favourite locations to visit. The huge open corridors felt peaceful and tranquil, and the large windows flooded the spaces with beautiful natural light. A nice level of decay added to the atmosphere.

This is a high quality C-Type print on Metallic paper. Kodak Metallic has a rich metallic base. The colours have a reflective, metallic and 3-dimensional feel to them - believe me when I say the effect is stunning!

All my artworks can be produced in any size, on almost any material including C-Type Matt or Gloss paper or Canvas. Please contact me via the "Contact Andrew Kay" link for a quotation.
