Endless is a painting about love, and about being alive. Inspired by a story from someone who lost their mother when they were young, this painting is about the memory of her mothers embrace, fierce, loving and endless.
Endless is painted was painted in a very immediate Alla Prima process - in one sitting, Genevieve Leavold paints by working layers of colour into the wet surface giving the painting a sense of flowing movement and vibrancy.
