You will find in my work a lot of references to water, it will be rivers, it will be flood, it will be ponds, and lakes, I just adore water...not for swimming, but for comtemplating.
"December, Glares in the water" is one of this painting I did inspired by the idea of water.
The work on paper allows me to do research about techniques, colours, textures; it's the permanent quest for harmony. I create samples of emotions, each paper is a desire... a desire of texture, a desire of light, a desire of colour.... an expressed desire of many ranges of emotions. Often it is also the desire to sublime the blue, a colour that I adore. I like when the shapes of the motifs are organic, natural, soft on the edge, leaking, bubbling, when it has some fluidity.
The work on paper has started in 2015, it has been, and still is my laboratory.
"December, Glares in the water" is painted with Acrylic paint, on a 224g/m² Lavis Technique Canson Paper, it is signed on the back, and will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
