Signed oil on MDF canvas board showing a loosely painted bouquet of Daisies and Chrysanthemums. There is liberal use of bright colours painted directly wet into wet which has allowed for a textured finish.

As an avid gardener I am always inspired by the colours and varieties of flowers. In many ways I show a preference for the simplicity and abundance of Daisies and Chrysanthemums over the more showy and ostentatious flowers.

The painting sturdy and strong on a canvas stretched over 6mm MDF (my own creation) and is framed in a white inner frame and a bronze outer frame.

MDF board and oil paint.
