Every so often I veer away from my landscapes and seascapes and paint something totally different. After a long winter I was so delighted to see signs that spring was on the way that I felt compelled to paint these beautiful daisies. Using a vibrant blue, reminiscent of summer skies makes the daisies really stand out. A lovely reminder of summer when the winter draws closer. Although sold without a frame the secondary images displays how the painting would look in a black frame.
