Cycle is about the unceasing movement, about the continuous repetitive chain of events in the universe and in human life. The Goat, the fishes (Pisces) and the Woman (Virgo) refer to the Zodiac as a symbol for the cyclic change and cosmic influence.
The Sun in the background could be regarded both as rising or going down - a reference to the fact that sunset and sunrise are part of this cosmic cycle to which we all belong.
