Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

In human nature and its' perception, there will be unconscious feelings of the old buildings, this therefore leads to a rise in the discrepancy between old and new buildings. As of yet, buildings under the association of the company 'Cable 8', lack proper urban planning, and results create inadequate links with the outside world. Between the buildings and construction, there is a constant lack of architectural and cultural relations, which contributes to the forming of "city modernisation problems." By working co-ordinately with 'Cable 8', our strategy is to increase it's outside links, accelerating the promotion of urban culture from deformation, and in turn creating a solution for the city's community.

As part of our strategy to strengthen the city, we would invite 'Cable 8' and its business links, to take part in contributing to the space vector within the surrounding areas. One of our targets is to use cultural freedom, without restrictions or timescales, to create a basic carrier for advancing future urban development. With the assistance of 'Cable 8', we will create buildings featuring futuristic physical attributes element, orderly placed throughout corners of the city to form a type of architecture which gives a sense of space and modernisation.
