I wanted to capture in this works the anguish and the mixed feelings (fear, hope, etc.) of those days when people fight and died on the streets of Bucharest with the hope that a better society will rise in Romania after the communism will fall. I also wanted to catch in this series of works the greyness and dullness of life in a communist society.
