Artist's description:

Moab, Utah in Southeastern Utah is an outdoors adventure dreamland. Arches National Park and Canyonlands National park are both under an hour away. Outside of the national parks, there's the Colorado River to raft, plenty of off-roading to be had and other trails maintained by the state. When we visited Arches was closed to traffic from 7pm-7am, forcing us to look at options outside the park.

We Didn't lack for options. We discovered a gem of a trail leading to Corona Arch. Lots of red rock, no vying for a parking spot, and only a handful of other hikers. The views were amazing. Cairns are piles of rock that help you stay on the trail. They were a welcome sight as we made our way to Corona Arch.

Vibrant colors and loose brush strokes capture this stunning desert landscape.

Painting is gallery wrapped, the landscape extends onto the sides. It is wired for easy hanging and coated with a protective varnish.

Materials used:

acrylic paint
