Look forward to my book "Expedition of the Psyche" to be release in December
"Consumption of the Earthly Dimension"
Being free, being open, being honest.
Not hiding anything behind a shroud of secrets. The only true way you can ever get close to another individual is to be as open to and honest as you can be with yourself and others.
We all have things that we have gone through, done, or been a part of in our lives that we aren’t very proud of. These are the things that make us insecure and worry about what others suspect of us.
We hide underneath so many layers of clothes, fashion, technology that sometimes we aren’t even able to recognize ourselves. We allow our circumstances to drive our life, not the other way around. The only way you can ever start to make an impact on yourself and the world, is to release the tension that we have between who we see in the mirror and the person we perceive to be us from past experiences.
The person that is staring you in the face every morning as you brush your teeth is a brand new being. Each morning, as you wake up, you have the choice to start anew. To choose the person that you want to be, not the one that others shape you out to be.
By giving in to our insecurities, we allow ourselves to act only in the way that others expect, or want us to act. We do things that others will perceive as normal or out of the ordinary.
The path that you take when you heed to the crowd is one that disallows you to create.
It prevents you from making something for yourself, and out of yourself.
You are preventing yourself from following through with your ideas because new things require you to expose a part of yourself.
You are forced to stand out and do something different. Something that others might or might not approve of. If we give in to our insecurities, the birth of an idea has been squashed, squandered, and slipped away.
To give up to your insecurities means to give up your freedom to live the happy life that you deserve to live. The happiness to be you, and nothing else.
You don’t have to hide behind the shadows of mediocrity just because excellence stands out. Don’t allow the insecurities and thoughts of others to deter you from the goals and ideas that you know will make you happy.
Allow yourself to accept all that you have done. All that you have been. All that you are and all that you are not.
Only through the acceptance of self, do you get the total freedom to the ultimate goal of each of us, to be happy.
