Artist's description:

Columbine flowers reside in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado...
I go hiking and I think they are beautiful wildflowers...
Purple is my favorite and painting them is fun!
I painted this sort of in a graphic realistic way to illustrate this flower...
I like that nature has a creative way of looking at it and I am inspired to paint whatever talks to me...on my way up the mountain and this is one of them...FLOWER POWER!
I painted this on natural stone tile with low-fire glazes which has been fired to make it permanent...with special care it can last a lifetime! It can be displayed on a stand, framed and hung on the wall or installed into your kitchen backsplash or bathroom...
Be creative and decide for yourself how to display it if you're a flower lover!
