Artist's description:

Painting: Oil on Canvas.

Inspired by the vertiginous quality of looking over the sheer cliffs along the North Cornwall coast near Trebarwith Strand, combined with the flight of the soaring seagulls and the crashing surf. The interface between the fertile land rich in pasture, the sand and the sea. A birds eye view. A big painting both in terms of scale and content. Broad fluid brushstrokes made using brushes, brooms and squeegees. Exciting paint surface. Abstract Expressionist Land / Seascape. Oil on Canvas.Deep framed stretcher. Evocative of the mid summer Cornish landscape.
