Artist's description:

When I first moved to my hometown of Bristol (UK), I use to be within walking distance of the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. One sunny afternoon I took a walk there by myself and came across this wonderfully lit scene of the bridge. Despite a conscious decision not to paint the 'over done' bridge, because one of the towers was under maintenance, it created a pinpoint in history for this painting. That gave me enough inclination to attempt it.
