On the Mediterranean coastline, the cliffs of Maro offer breathtaking views stretching unto eternity. Whatever the time of the day, the waters movement is like a dance of shifting and shinning light. This Impression Realism painting combines the morning and evening light giving a composition which shares the total experience just outside of time´s limiting and with a bit of the vertigo such views provoke. Strangely, sunrises and sunsets are almost identical in colour although of course not in space...
Watchtowers are themselves also a provocation. Who is watching? And what? Am I a part of this observation? Life is a question that has no answer.
