Artist's description:

After a work trip to Nepal I headed west to Chitwan, known for its national park and abundance of wildlife. With mornings spent bird watching and walking, the lazy afternoons were perfect for sketching. Tall trees dominated certain sections of the skyline and foliage was in abundance. There was something about the haziness, the dryness of the area that resulted in this pastel-like depiction of that landscape.
