I am about to paint a series of smaller paintings with fruits. I am trying out some different backgrounds and techniques, so the paintings can vary in style and colour.
Chayotes are a kind of wild cucumbers that come with several different names: christophene, mirliton or vegetable pear. The German name is Stachelgurke.
This one is oil and acrylic on canvas panel. More will follow, as well as other fruits, mostly single.
