Artist's description:

A nine panel illustrated cartoon series about Amy Winehouse on a night out in Camden, London. Original photos by wing man Ben Dome. We both regularly photographed Amy Winehouse. She was a great character to photograph and to draw.

The description of the night unfolds underneath each illustration. On this panel it reads - As Amy approached an Esso service station, she gave out a loud, screeching finger whistle to attract the attention of her friends who had left the pub on foot.

The illustrations were sketched on an iPad with further more detailed work done on a intuos drawing pad. Followed by screen printing the image onto plexiglass with a plexiglass frame built around it. A limited edition of 10.

Materials used:

Black Ink on white plexiglass with white plexiglass frame
