Original artwork description:

CEDAR TREE Kensington Gardens, London.
Created by Patrick O'Callaghan whilst on a 'Drawing in the Park' course with Royal Drawing School in the summer 2015, this is one of seven versions: the tree is weirdly shaped being squat and short in stature with wide spreading branches that almost touch the ground and cast long shadows. The deeply etched bark is red/magenta a complementary to the deep green/viridian of the foliage.
