We are all full of emotion, which is caused by different factors in our lives. In most cases the other people causing that factors, but the real secret of all that are we. We let them influence our lives, so it goes like that that we create counteraction of that factors that not only influence our heart, mind, but also the body.

I'm an artist, like every one of you. I'm painting my own portrait and choose the colors of it. And only we know what final version we want to see, no one else can decide that. Therefore we have to choose counteractions that will influence us responsible, life is too short and too beautiful and paint portrait takes so long...
