Broughty Ferry castle near Dundee in Scotland stands on a promontory jutting out into the estuary of the River Tay. At low tide, I managed to scramble over the rocks to the water side of the structure and look back as the January morning sun blasted its walls with golden light. A fantastic view.
This original oil painting is about 40" across and 20" tall, and would make a dramatic centrepiece to a living room. Its panoramic shape is ideally suited to hanging above a sofa, mantlepiece or television.
