Artist's description:

The toad is hiding under a leaf and if you look well enough, you may manage to catch a glimpse. Toads are known to be experts at camouflage and this piece is inspired by their art of being invisible. This serves many purposes such as protection and hunting for preys.
This wonderful toad-sitting-on-a-leaf driftwood piece was entirely sculpted by nature. As for most pieces, it required some major refining before emerging as a jewel-like piece.
The toad is so well hidden that one can see also a kind of flower instead. That is the fun of such art as it leaves room for free interpretation.

This piece is entirely made from recycled materials.

Materials used:

Wood, metal, goldleaf, gold powder, golden spray paint
