Today the protagonist of my realistic still life painting is an oil lamp. Its shape and soft warm flame inspired me to create a new oil painting on canvas. The lamp looks like a firefly from the past, which gave an opportunity to communicate with favourite books and read their fascinating stories in the evening. The vintage theme is vividly expressed in this work. The composition of the painting is built on the contrast of cold blue and warm yellow. The work is authentic and painted from life. The painting will give a real pleasure to a true connoisseur of painting and will add to any collection.

The painting is authentic and original.

Oil paints based on natural pigments were used. Damar varnish and linseed oil have been added.

Natural cotton canvas on cardboard, the texture is fine. Framing and mounting elements are not included.

The painting technique is the author's. Layers of paint thin. The sides of the painting are painted to match the image on the canvas. Varnish for the top coat was used.

It is possible to print.
