Otherworldly and mysterious, this oil landscape transports you to distant shores.

The heat and colour of Morocco are evoked in this artwork. Subtly blended and layered oil paint gives the impression of the dust and heat surrounding you, as you stand and gaze across this watery scene. Soft pinks and blacks lead you across the foreground, as your eye travels towards the blue waters and distant land, with the clear blue sky above.

Please note: there is an additional 'detail' photograph (please see in photos), that shows this artwork in a warm pinkish light. The colours are very subtle, and this was taken in a direct warm evening light, so depending where it is hung, these hues may be more evident!

This artwork was created using Michael Harding Professional Artists oil colours, on a gesso primed, mounted wooden board. The edges are left a clean white (please see additional photograph). This piece is signed and dated on the back and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
