Everything in life both itself and its opposite, is a part of a unity that encompasses the range between the two ultimate opposing sides and builds up an array of emotions and thought that can be had. It is up to us which end or single point on this spectrum we experience. Either the lack or the abundance of the experience. Just like love and hate, you have to truly care about someone and their opinion and their existence in order to give them so much attention that love and hate provide. Both love and hate consume your thought, your motivations, desires and actions. Love and hate are the same emotion, you just chose to experience it on a variety of position on the spectrum.
On one end, you can choose to see the fear that accompanies the lack of your desire. This pushes your perspective of your existence to sway toward the lack of whatever you are fearing. Your fear of its loss is the very thing that perpetuates the loss of this thing that you are so attached to.
On the opposing side you have total purity. You have the loving and pleasant thoughts and emotions washing over your experience. You have no fear of life and all that can come your way. Your perspective is littered with points of light that enhance your experience by providing you with wisdom of how everything that you desire of achieve or attract to yourself, contains that small piece of information that allows you to create the desire that you have held deer in your heart and hands your whole life. With each piece that you gather, you can see your life getting brighter, more prosperous in all the possible ways that you extract happiness form life. Your desires end up coming to you from each and every direction high simultaneously brings such elation and fulfillment to you that at times it can be a whole body experience of pleasure rushing through each cell of your body, perpetuating from head to toe, leaving only a wave of goose bumps and erect hair follicle in its wake.
Many people can experience this and get overwhelmed with the thoughts in their mind and they experience anxiety. If you allow it total control of your body, so you are allowing it to wash over you without any resistance from your end, it will pass you very smoothly. If you attempt to resist it, you have to provide a point of attachment in order to resist it, making things worse.
Chose to use your thoughts from the place that gives you a better emotion, better sensation, better feeling. Operate from the perspective that gives you most pleasure and know that if people use fear to try to motivate you, you know they are arguing from a lower point on the spectrum or trying to pull you their level, their agenda, their perspective, their control, hence unable to see they joy that is all around them at each and every moment.
