This work was painted in black and white as part of the series "Musicians Who Influenced Me".
The work is painted on watercolor paper. To create the effect of a black and white photo, 6 paint colors were used (payne's gray, sepia, mars brown, umber, zinc white, neutral black).
For me, Bill Evans is the greatest pianist and musician, to whose music you can relax and enjoy the moment. A picture was drawn from the photo in which he is busy with two of his favorite things - smoking and playing.
