Artist's description:

Acrylic on canvas board.

A modern and expressive picture of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.
Both the monument and the Trabant classic car are an allusion to communist Germany where I spent the first years of my life, and have become a symbol of freedom. The setting sun shines through the pillars like beacon of hope.

This painting comes with D-rings attached on the reverse and is ready-to-hang. It looks awesome without any frame, but as the panel is very thin it can be framed easily if desired.
