Artist's description:

The Belgian Hare is actually a rabbit breed, but looks like a hare. The body is black / very dark brown with a bay colored underside. Because of this 'strange' look, I was very inspired to paint him, but in my own way.

The colors are brown, grey, blue and orange. They are made with watercolor, gouache, ink and pencil. I chose the watercolors because of his 'fluent' character; when it is wet, It chooses its own way. When you play with this, It can lead to very interesting effects. Some of the effects are also made with salt. The lines of the hare are made with ink to accentuate the lines of this animal.

The colors are not 'natural' or placed in a natural way. They are placed randomly, but with some kind of 'logic'. The black lines are a little bitch 'sketchy'.

The work is ready to hang.
