Original artwork description:

This spray painting was created on Belalcazar whilst on the residency at La Fragua at the Convent of Saint Clara. The painting brings together the variety of animals seen in around the town in the middle of Spain, transferred via creating template cut outs and then various colours sprayed on the surface to create these icons of the landscape.
The painting is on gesso plywood using found materials around the residency and made to a high standard.

This was created as a record of my time in Belalcazar at the residency and the various animals seen during the five weeks I stayed in this wonderful town and amazing place.
