Artist's description:

An original, unique alkyd (fast drying oil) painting on canvas board, matt varnished, and framed; expressing the tonal sensibility of the artist and keen sense of observation. I love the sea and the shore. I am always on lookout for interesting scenes when out sketching and photographing. The Bannock Burn (burn= large stream or small river). Painted on the 700th anniversary of the famous battle, not to commemorate war, no matter how significant for Scotland - just sn ordinary wee birn on a bright peaceful day.
Inspired by sketches and photosketches of the battle site and my love for Scotland!
This painting in the 2013-15 series will give the Artfinder collector as much pleasure as Fraser had in creating this artwork.
